Yes. You can issue full and partial refunds in the MONEI Pay app. Open your mobile app or log in to pay.monei.com using your MONEI credentials.
📌 Important! If you also use MONEI for your e-commerce payments, those transactions will also be listed in the MONEI Pay app. For e-commerce refunds, we recommend that you follow these instructions.
For full or partial refunds of in-person payments, follow the instructions below:
1. Click on Show all payments to see a list of recent transactions
2. Select the payment you'd like to refund
3. Click the three dots on the top right corner of the screen
4. Select Refund payment
5. Click the Refund button to refund the full amount or click Partial refund to enter a partial refund amount
6. You will see the following confirmation screen once the refund has been processed
