Attention! This article only applies if you're interested in the MONEI PLUS (payments orchestration) plan. But we suggest that you start with the MONEI X (e-commerce) or MONEI Pay (physical retail) plan and then, if necessary, upgrade to the MONEI PLUS plan.

Instructions for MONEI PLUS users
When you register your TPV Virtual with your acquiring bank you will receive the following information:
- Merchant code
- Terminal
- Secret key (SHA256)
This information is also referred to as your Redsys TPV Virtual credentials. If you haven't already requested a TPV Virtual, go here to learn more about what a TPV Virtual is and how to get one.
If you already have Redsys TPV Virtual credentials keep reading
To connect your TPV Virtual, enter these values in your MONEI Dashboard by going to Settings → Payment methods and clicking Configure in the Credit card box (first box). If you’re already logged in to your account, click here to go directly to the credit card configuration page.
⚠️ CAUTION: To make sure your TPV Virtual works properly with MONEI, follow these steps to configure it.
Along with the TPV Virtual credentials, your bank should give you credentials to access canales.redsys.es. If you don't receive login information, ask your bank to send it to you or ask them to update TPV Virtual configurations for you.
Then you can log in to canales.redsys.es and follow the instructions below:
- Click on Comercio in the left panel
- Select your Merchant code
- Click on the eye icon
- Click on Modificar
- Fill in configuration data exactly as illustrated in the screenshot above (3 fields total).
- Click on Guardar cambios
Important! You must ask your bank directly to whitelist secure.monei.com in Redsys. If the domain is not whitelisted, credit card payments will not work. If you'd like help with this step, contact support.
Run a test
Now, you can use Pay By Link to run a test to make sure credit cards have been configured in your account.
